After cleansing with a Chroma Absolu Shampoo, apply the equivalent of hazelnut sized amount on mid-lengths and ends, avoiding roots to ensure a lightweight volume. Massage for a better penetration. Leave in for 2 to 3 minutes. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.

Twist each away from the face allowing the Fondant to penetrate deeper into the cuticle. I leave the Fondant in my hair and rinse right before I am done with my shower for added hydration.

I have blonde, lightened, or bleached hair, should I use Chroma Absolu or Blond Absolu?
We recommend Blonde Absolu to clients with lightened, highlighted, or bleached hair. Two products in this collection, Bain Ultra Violet and Masque Ultra Violet, include color neutralizing pigments to prevent brassy undertones for lighter, more blonde hair levels (7 – 10). The other Blond Absolu products offer deep fiber care for various types of blonde hair. Chroma Absolu utilizes restorative acid care to provide nourishment, strength, softness, and shine to all types of color treated hair. The products’ breakthrough formula penetrates deeper into the hair fiber to heal color-induced damage and preserve color vibrancy. Chroma Absolu also includes Masque Vert Chroma Neutralisant that includes color neutralizing pigments to prevent red & copper undertones for all types of dark brunette hair levels (1 – 4).
What is the ideal hair density to use Fondant Cica Chroma vs Masque Chroma Filler?
Similar to the two shampoos within the Chroma Absolu range, we recommend that clients with fine to medium hair densities choose Fondant Cica Chroma and clients with medium to thick hair density choose Masque Chroma Filler. Fondant Cica Chroma is designed with a powerful, yet lightweight, formula to fill porosity, hydrate, strengthen, and preserve hair color.
Can I use Fondant Cica Chroma if I have thicker hair?
While it is recommended to use Masque Chroma Filler for thicker hair, it is possible to use Fondant Cica Chroma. However, some thicker hair might require the richer formula of the Masque to provide caring nourishment to deeper layers of the hair.
How long should I leave this product in my hair?
We recommend leaving the formula in for at least 2 to 3 minutes so that the nourishing formula can work in the restorative and strengthening properties to your hair.

I am a Kerastase addict and was looking forward to adding this collection to my hair routine. I've used Chroma Gloss together with Chroma Respect shampoo and hair serum. This hair gloss reminded me of Kerastase in-salon hair treatment, similar to K-Water. It made my hair very shiny and soft to the touch, color more vibrant, and not to mention,it smells amazing,as always. The fragrance is different from other Kerastase regiments. It reminds me of a fresh berry scent. I use it once a week, instead of my usual Kerastase masque. Works great on my thick, color treated hair and I love everything about it!

I was a longtime user of Reflections Bain Chromatique Riche - a great shampoo. I see it has been discontinued. This replacement is AWFUL. The scent is overpowering and unpleasant. It does not lather well. I had to rewash my hair with something else as it did not feel clean. I tried this from a sample that has gone directly in the trash. Please bring back the old shampoo!
