We recommend Blonde Absolu to clients with lightened, highlighted, or bleached hair. Two products in this collection, Bain Ultra Violet and Masque Ultra Violet, include color neutralizing pigments to prevent brassy undertones for lighter, more blonde hair levels (7 – 10). The other Blond Absolu products offer deep fiber care for various types of blonde hair. Chroma Absolu utilizes restorative acid care to provide nourishment, strength, softness, and shine to all types of color treated hair. The products’ breakthrough formula penetrates deeper into the hair fiber to heal color-induced damage and preserve color vibrancy. I am a Kerastase addict and was looking forward to adding this collection to my hair routine. I've used Chroma Gloss together with Chroma Respect shampoo and hair serum. This hair gloss reminded me of Kerastase in-salon hair treatment, similar to K-Water. It made my hair very shiny and soft to the touch, color more vibrant, and not to mention,it smells amazing,as always. The fragrance is different from other Kerastase regiments. It reminds me of a fresh berry scent. I use it once a week, instead of my usual Kerastase masque. Works great on my thick, color treated hair and I love everything about it!

I was a longtime user of Reflections Bain Chromatique Riche - a great shampoo. I see it has been discontinued. This replacement is AWFUL. The scent is overpowering and unpleasant. It does not lather well. I had to rewash my hair with something else as it did not feel clean. I tried this from a sample that has gone directly in the trash. Please bring back the old shampoo!

I had high expectations for this product because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t notice the dramatic results that many people describe. It did add some shine, but nothing exceptional on my hair. I think I might get better results if I use it together with the entire Chroma Absolu line, so I’m willing to give it another try as part of the complete routine.
